Refund Policy
1. General Information
All payments for the use of the application are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Subscriptions provide immediate access to the service and are generally non-refundable, except in the specific cases listed below.
2. Monthly and Annual Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed upfront for the selected period (monthly or yearly).
Once a billing period has started:
– payments already made are non-refundable
– no partial refunds or prorated credits are provided for early cancellation
– access to the service remains active until the end of the current billing period
3. Cases Eligible for a Refund
A refund may be granted in the following situations:
– major technical issue preventing use of the service
– duplicate billing or billing errors
– unauthorized or fraudulent charge
– proven service malfunction attributable to the provider
Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Cases Not Eligible for a Refund
No refund will be issued in the following situations:
– misconfiguration or incorrect setup by the club or its staff
– failure to use the service despite an active subscription
– internal disputes within the club
– late cancellation (after the billing date)
– downtime caused by third-party services (hosting, Paddle, external APIs)
5. Refund Request Procedure
Refund requests must be sent to our support by email and include:
– the Paddle invoice number
– the email address associated with the account
– a detailed description of the issue
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.
Paddle may also intervene directly to resolve billing-related disputes.
6. Trials, Promotions, and Special Offers
Trial periods, promotional discounts, and special offers are non-refundable.
Any subscription that continues after a trial period follows the same non-refund rules.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle account.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are given for billing periods already paid.
